Valor is the Single reason champions are so the best tank in the game hands down.

it is a wonderful skill, i personally love watching albs and mids running away and snaring them and crushing them for 300's at lvl 32.

the debuffs allow me to solo reds in DF and the self buff works wonders.

They have made quite a few changes to champs with there debuffs and as of 1.51 there self buff they all work trust me. and they have made them work even a bit better for rvr say(havn't noticed much change) I personly can solo oranges with half health at least, so I think things are going great, I am not whinning about the buffs at all. My to personal faves that i have notced to the largest differeance and taht I cast on almost ever monster/player and attack speed decreas and that lovly Str/con debuff they are great. alright Keep up the Hunting! GO Hibernia!

This numbers are more then wrong i have Valor @ 28 now and i have a 31 dex/qui debuff seams this page dont update the lists. But @ time i dont know for what i can use valor against NPC only the DD and the Snare spell works against Player THE SAME i dont find it way easyer to kill a Kobolt with debuffs and not harder without ...

This is about the debuff of the dexterity and quickness. Now i used this debuff a fair amount and i have noticed that when i do use this debuff i hit a lot less often than i think i should. My thinking is this way, if i debuff whatever i am attacking i should hit it more often BECAUSE its dexterity is lower or so they say. And being that its dex is now lower, not only should i HIT MORE OFTEN BUT I SHOULD BE HIT LESS OFTEN. However what i see and what happens is i hit less often. This happens a lot more when i use this spell then when i don't. SO FOR THE MOST PART I REALLY DON'T USE THIS SPELL ANYMORE UNLESS I GET DESPERATE. PLEASE LOOK FOR THIS I REALLY HOPE I'M WRONG BUT I HAVE WATCHED THIS MANY TIMES AND I DON'T THINK I AM.

Dex/qui should really only effect are these two things.
How much DamagePlayer/NPC does with dex based weapon (i.e. Pierce, Spear for hunters, ect)

How fast they will attack (especially with a bow)

And possibly, but im not sure on this, how often they will evade/block/parry.

These things are effected by dex qui, how often you hit is based purely on the armor fact of the Player or NPC and also how hard you hit.

Youll get Base spells as u level. The other spec spells you get as you increase the respective line of spells.

If it's possible, could someone with some knowledge (either in the know or with a hex editor) post the correct new debuff numbers since the 1.44 patch. I know the amount of str/con debuffed and dex/qui debuffed since that patch has basically dropped in almost half. Now, it's supposed to be more effective than before, but it does considerably less reduction in stats. The only spell I've noticed to really work better is the slow line.

I can say this, as I just got smoked by a yellow for the first time in 30 levels a couple nights ago (first time soloing since patch).

I'd really like to know the full numbers so I can tell whether I really want to bother going valor to 50, or if I could save 10 spec levels and raise blunt by 14 over what I have currently figured.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

spells cost endurance?

When I cast my spells it costs the same amount of endurance as power. Is this normal? Since my power comes back faster than endurance, I'm usually out of endurance by the second or third fight even if I don't use my specs.
Is there a way around this, or am I stuck using either spells or specs, but not both?

I just got the spells, and each dual attrib debuff is still a dual debuff, but the numbers are only slightly smaller. 18 for the first str/con and 19 for Dex/Qui.

They are all quickcast, so the range doesn't seem to matter, I can get them all off before the NPC reaches me.
question about spell buying

Now that "spell crafting" is finally a possibility, can the Champion's Valor spell line be purchased instead of trained? If it can be purchased, I will spend my points on parry and my large weapon skill instead. By the way, I noticed that increasing your parry skill, if you use large weapons, is extremely helpful when soloing. So if I can by my spells instead, I will definately do that.

Spellcrafting = creating gems with stats like dex (maybe skill bonuses) and attaching them to armor/weapons, your not buying actual spells, think of it more like enchanting the items

This info is out of date, the debuff lines got nerfed according to the TL.

Range reduced by 1/3
Effect reduced by 1/2
All dual attrib debuffs now single (STR & DEX).

Other lines unchanged.

You wrong about Dual attrib.. it's still dual attrib as for patch 1.47
