Does anyone know the formula to calculate the power cost of a rez ?

The first "Rez" spell is only level based so lots of people have it. The problem is, a peep that has been rezzed with Minor Recon is practically dead and will die again with one hit by anything. The specialize Recon spells will rez the target with enough life and power to allow them to get to safety and then back in the fight quickly. This is even more effective in RvR combat where a skilled rezzer can keep the fight going by getting dead peeps back in the fight fast.
