yes , this definately is a power song. Seems that drums are for stamina, flute for power, lute for speed/heal songs from what I can tell. If it was not, it would be silly to have this catagory of song becuase the heal song variety is far better. Besides the casters I've grouped with as well as myself notice an extreme difference.

I think the earth line of songs regens power (mana) not hitpoints.
Bards get a hitpoint regen line of songs in the regrowth specialization area.
