When I went to the Academy to see Ponder Cully for the Mission: Infilration quest with my 49 Pally....this was not available for me to do.
Anyone know why?.....is there something I needed to do before this?

You gota run the pre-quests leading up to this quest first. See the guy right outside the East Gate first and run his quests first to get this Mission so you get the helm to run the Boxes Quest for awesome XP in Dartmoor.
