i followed the help about mouselook etc. but it still doesnt work. Whenever I try to click on anything the whole screen moves. I am inarticulate so I hope someone understands what Im trying to say. Please help as I am thinking of cancelling my subscription for this game and getting everquest 2, everquest ao, or final fantasy xi.

It really sounds like it is mouselook.
There should be one button on your keyboard that turns it off and you get the mouse pointer back. On mine, it is the letter "M" that turns this annoying feature on. It does have its advantages. I just went in game, and I believe "M" should work regardless if you have FPS, RPG or MMO default activated as your keyboard.
Other than that, I have no idea if the screen is turning, that is all I can think it could be. I've had issues where I couldn't click on things, and had to reboot, but that does not sound like what you are describing.

Yes...agreeing with Thuri the wise on this.
Its a pain in the neck when that happens but for me as well I click the <M and it comes back.
Also I noticed that sometimes if you multiple dialog windows open that some things are not seen in certain windows and everything is seen in another window....but that shouldnt have anything to do with the "M" button.

Thanx for your help but that didnt work. M is the map key on mine

It is whatever that key is set to that you hit.
For me, map is Shift+M, and mouse toggle is "M", but for you it must be something different.
