Got the Staff of the Gods for my Albion Theurgist a few years ago and just put it away in the vault.

Now I decided to level it up and it has reached level 5 which is meant to include a new ability but the question is....

Snare (use): -25% movement, -10 accuracy, target enemy, range 1500, duration 30s, cast time instant, radius 700, damage Body

Does this only work in RVR?...because I have tried on many PVE characters using the /use command and nothing happens.

Anyone know?

Thuri....you know most answers to things on here....see my question about Staff of the Gods....do you know the answer?
