When I try to update the launchpad for my free trial (returning player), it gets to about 14.7 MB into the update then says "Product update could not complete. Exiting." Any help?

Keep trying I would say...maybe youre catching a lot of people at the same time or there is a lot of activity with your ISP provider at that time.
