I'll assume that's a good price.

Hitman: Absolution on "sale" for $20... less so.

I think a file to "print" a figurine with the 3D printer I don't have is the worst "beat the average" gift I've ever seen.

Been waiting for it to get cheaper since we realized we lost the key for Sims2. Popular game has been stubbornly refusing to drop much in price.

Sims 3 for Free isnt a good price. Life sucking expansions and constant DLC barrage.

Edit: correction unless you have a wife who likes it then its a easy way to get more game time :)

Awhile back it was announced that Rift was going free to play, it apparently has with the latest update. Since I subbed for a few months I'll be getting some kind of bonus, not really sure what though. If you haven't played it, it's a fairly solid, if not particularly inspired MMO. It's best feature is the ability to mix and match your character's abilities more or less as you see fit. I enjoyed it when I played it, but it got a bit too grindy for me and the endgame just didn't interest me, but for free, I suppose I'll pop back in for a bit.

If you have a Uplay account, check your game rewards. Ubi set some stuff to 0 points for E3. All of the FC3:BD music tracks are free, the E.V.E. portrait for Anno 2070, some maps for FC3 and Assassins Creed games, etc. I just checked all my games and collected any rewards listed as zero points. If you play their free online stuff, the have some free offers for various in game points, weapons, etc all the way down at the bottom of the page.

They're also having a sale with daily specials but I didn't see anything amazing.

It must have been a bug or only active during E3, all my unclaimed rewards for FC3 and Blood Dragon have point requirements.

Ok, but only four of the BD songs are free, the full album link takes you to iTunes where it's still $10.

Assassins Creed III is $13.60 from UbiSoft store today. I'm pretty sure that's a low for retail distribution.

But how does it play on PC is my question. Is it a good port or not?
