So it's the beginning of the month again, and off goes my character. Although this time I can't even open the page that lets me reactivate my Content I.D. I'm sure somebody has posted this in the past, but I'm gonna have to ask again. Does anybody know what's wrong?

Same here.. bought expansion.. they said Registration Maintanence is complete but u can't access anything under Content ID. let alone Register the Expansion too access new area's

Dude, I'm having the same issue here...

I guess I forgot to change the card info when I switched cards and now it won't let me access the content ID after having resolved that particular issue.

SE is slacking!

I suppose we'll just have to wait it out then. I didn't think it would be a problem everybody was having. Sad that it seems like every time I have time to play this game is down.

same thing happened to me but here's what i did, i didn't go to the content ID menu on the ffxi screen on the pol viewer, i went to service and support and clicked content ID and i was able to reactivate.
