Alien or Predator? and Why?Follow

Predator. I kicked enough Alien *** in AVP2 to know that any good Predator can pwn the hell out of an alien easy.

Id have to go with my all time favorite Predator. Reasons i think they are way better is that they arnt mindless killers like alien is. They have a honor type of code in which they will never fight a weaker enemy unless that enemy attacks the predator which i think is sick. Most of the time they will fight someone/thing that is either much stronger then them or at the same level. They are quick and silent(not as fast or stealthy as alien but pretty much close), They got high tech gear, for the most part, only use if there enemy is also using some type of weapon or special equipment, and they have this look to them that says dont f**k with me ^^.

But Alien i have to give props to, They are very freakishly fast, they can clear a 3 story building like it was nothing, and there second mouth and there tail are to Fing deadly.

But the movie AvP i felt that predator was a lil cheated. sorry for the giva way earlier lol.

Well, I saw AVP and didn't like how they worked the whole story surrounding the predators and the aliens historical background. It raised too many questions and kind of took away from the whole coolness that the predator had. I don't want to reveal anything that would be a spoiler because it is still a very worthy movie; it is action-packed.

So, putting the movie aside, I am going to have to say that the Alien would win.

Reason one is because of the fact that they are very agile and very powerful, their tails, mouths, and hands are all considered weapons, and even the blood that flows through their body is concentrated acid that may get in the last blow in a fight.

Reason two follows reason one because a predator cannot stand toe to toe with an alien. It is the classic argument about batman; is he a super hero even though he has no super powers? Is the predator anything without all of his gadgets? He couldn't stand against Arnold unarmed even though he had him overpowered, there is no way he would last against an alien.

Reason three is that aliens hunt in packs and predators hunt alone. This stands to prove that a predator will always be out-numbered, and coinciding with reason one and two, doesn't stand a chance.

Reason four is because aliens see pheremones, and not heat or movement. Even cloaked, a predator can still be seen by an alien.

Reason five is because aliens are so much badder than a predator is and they don't kill for the hunt, they kill because they need to for survival, and won't pull punches because of unhealthy humans or pregnant women. The only time an alien will not kill a human is when the human is impregnated.

The only thing that is better than an alien or a predator is a human, which somehow always seems to win in the end of all the encounters, heh.

Soprino thinks the way that the movie is based on Predator's and Alien's history is what makes it good. The ending of the movie is also very cool. A must see IMHO, and Soprino is definetly going to buy it on DVD.

Umm...they're supposed to grow super-fast.



Also, this movie was supposed to be for people who saw atleast some of the Alien and Predator series. If you don't know anything about them don't criticize it.

A predator is something without his gadgets. Its just the movies dont really show that kinda stuff. they are very quick maybe not as fast as alien but they are fast enough to keep up, there strength over powers an alien, and all they have to worry about is the aliens blood and try to avoid gettin knocked down. If predator avoids those things its all gravy.

it is true that predators like to hunt alone but on some occations they do hunt in squads or platoons. Comics have some of these events in them. But is a predator is up against a number of aliens this is why predators have special high tech gear, an unfair fight. Well this is just what i thought once again.

I thought 3 was ok, but agree that Resurrection was a steaming pile. Haven't seen AvP yet, so I'll reserve judgement.
