Maybe most of you have seen this already, maybe not.

Forgive me, but I just saw it, and wow!

Looks like it might wash away the foul taste of the last few Bat-flicks.

Granted, this is just a teaser, but it feels kinda gloomy and scary, like a Batman movie should, imo.

The only thing that makes me worry is the new Batmobile.

As Tricky pointed out.

I don't know. Keep in mind, as far as the movie goes, it's the "first" Batmobile. Even a billionaire like Bruce Wayne can't be all slick the first time^^

Reading the other thread, parts of the movie might be shot in London, but I know a good chunk of it was/is being filmed in Chicago.

At any rate, sorry for posting old news. I ran a few searches for Batman, Batman Begins, etc., but nothing came up.

I just wanted to generate some discussion on the film, as it's *weeps* still a year away, and I'm pretty excited about it.

It'll suck.

When someone options the Miller script for "The Dark Night Returns" let me know.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

I think you're wrong. I'm bookmarking this post right now.

I'll bring it back up next year. The countdown begins.

Would be nice, but it won't happen.

The general public can barely buy the regular Batman, much less a futuristic, aged one.

But think about Miller on a Batman screenplay.........that could work^^

I would almost expect the first batmobile just to be a black BMW.

To the Bat-mo-Benz!

I happen to agree with Smash. It will suck. After all, why would they break the trend now. The old TV series sucked, and the three movies sucked. It would take a miracle for them to create a good movie. At least they have one good actor in the bunch. I have been a fan of Ken Watanabe for years. Especially his period films.

Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Liam Neeson, and Michael Caine aren't exactly slouches in the acting department^^

I am definitely a skeptic. I loved the movie Equilibrium, and Christian Bale can definitely have the solemn look that Michael Keaton portrayed so naturally, but the last 2 flicks stunk, so I might just wait to rent it.

Hopefully it will be better than the last two. It has somewhat of the same tone from the first two movies (Batman and Batman Returns). The whole darker side of things. Not that fake **** on the last two.
