In case anyone didn't notice Family Guy is back on fox.
It is aweful, they actually blank out some words. Right now I am watching the episode where Chris fingers a thief and they are put into witness protection in the south.
After the robber breaks out of prison one of the funniest lines occurs in the episode:
Asian Reporter Trisha Takanowa: So what are your plans since you have broke out of prison.
Robber: Well first I am going to bone my wife, then I'm going to Kill Chris Griffon.
Stewie: My god can you say bone on television like that?
Apparantly the answer to Stewies question is no you can't say bone on Fox because they blanked it out. I don't understand how one of the funniest shows originated on Fox, they got rid of it, I don't know if it was to vulgar for them or they just didn't get the ratings, then Adult Swim on Cartoon Network runs the show for quite some time in it's unedited pristine form, then fox wants to bring it back to thier network and they edit **** out. That makes me mad they are ruining the essence of the show by blanking words out. Thank the lord I can still watch it on Cartoon Network without worrying about the stuff-shirts at fox blanking words out.
Edit: Just got to the end of the episode and another hilarious line was blanked out. When the Pedifile Old Man on the paper route left all those messages.
It normally says:
Oh your starting to **** me off you porkly son' *****.
On fox it was said like this:
Oh your starting to **** me of you porkly son'
It completely ruins the punchline, making the show horrible a lot of the jokes on that show are verbally explicit and should not be blanked out, it makes the jokes no longer funner. It would be like Walmart selling an Eminem CD. All the better songs have cursing in it and to take that away makes the CD crap.
Second Edit: Yeah it said **** I don't know why I typed it in there but it didn't put it, stupid computer freezes and misses some words or letters I type from time to time, usually it catches up with itself I guess this time I typed to fast for it.
