30 Days of Night....Follow

...was better than expected. Vampires aren't the scariest but hey it was a good movie.

Few jumps here and there but its no check your pants when you get up scary. For the first hour or so I got a major Resident Evil vibe, the first impression of the vampires are super-zombie esk, shotguns blazing the whole shabang. The next half or so is some explosions some nice little spots of gore and blood, and a few halfway decent hand to hand combat scenes. The ending was like a normal movie, good guys win, main character is the hero, happy ever after, however there is one twist that was semi-unexpected and if you were in the same situation I don't think would happen.


All and all good movie, not the best but I expected much less, was pleasantly surprised. I'd give it an 8/10 worth the money.
