I would be up for writing, or anything really besides the animating/art. Research is something I've always been good at, if the project would need facts to be checked, or information on something specific.

Are you wanting to have the art first and craft a story or story first to drive the art?

I'm thinking about first logging in to Skype to collect voice specimens... then animating them around their voices.

Either that, or perhaps we can come up with an interesting character real fast and I will see what I can do with it.

You could have it be a cartoon about the daily occurrences of the OOT. It would be a show about nothing!

I'm predicting 9 seasons.

I've actually been thinking about this concept recently, and I'm glad you mentioned it.

I've fleshed out a lot of character ideas based on the personalities of interesting characters right here on this very forum.

I even came up with a very clever and catchy theme song! I think since I am off today I will begin writing out the pilot and putting it together on MS flash. I'm considering doing all the voices myself, but I'm not sure how that will turn out. I might have my girlfriend play the more feminine roles.

This will end well as a one man show.

I'd be interested in helping. I do a lot of hand drawing but rarely on the computer. Somewhere I might be useful though is sound! I could help with voices, or write a soundtrack for it if you wanted.

Or at least try write a soundtrack... To accompany in the background.

What I'm really having difficulty with right now is character design. What I'd like to do is create an "avatar" of sorts for each person. I don't want them to simply be "people." I'm thinking something like a combination of "Happy Tree Friends" and a David Firth cartoon that isn't Salad Fingers.

From what I can tell this is going to take an incredibly long time to develop, but I expect to have something interesting by the time my 4k ding is ready Smiley: tongue
