A few weeks ago I made this thread about breast cancer awareness.

This month it's men's health issues' turn, Movember is back!

http://uk.movember.com/about/ wrote:
During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

This is the fourth year I've participated, you can too. As is mentioned above it's a world wide thing. I know in the USA you guys have "No shave November", but if you can look all manly and raise some money for charity while you're at it why not give it a go?

There's a link in my sig to my personal Mospace, if you're in a giving mood I would appreciate any donations towards the cause.

This whole mustache thing is way too British for me.

Don't think anyone knew about Movember here until now. Don't remember last November being this hyped. That's how most of the buses around here look now. Smiley: oyvey

I can't support anything with such a stupid name. I'll keep my beard and not start fresh for this.

You could always just call it the less-silly, "no shave November".

My moustache is starting to come along. Started from scratch, then had to do so again after accidentally shaving some off. My attempts to even it out made me look like a blond hitler, and I wasn't open to that moustache option.

Did you dye your beard, or is your head naturally two different colors?

My beard naturally comes in pretty orange. My brother's comes in more of a dark red.

I haven't shaved since beginning of the month, granted I usually only shave like once every couple months anyways, I would post a picture but the camera hates me.

My moustache is now long enough for me to get away with growing some stubble as well. Good times.

This is the fifth year in a row that I've participated in no shave November. Yay college I guess? Hurricane got me started a week or two early since I couldn't use my electric shaver without electricity.

I'll probably shave it all off once December hits. I don't really feel like becoming Jesus again.
