Anyone else diving in this year?
One of my good real life friends is the mod for our city's group, so I anticipate lots of good nagging and encouragement from her end.
Another good friend has some fabulous advice for hitting 10,000 words a day.
If this one comes out any good, I'll probably toss it up on Amazon for 99 cents for the hell of it.

Oh, I totally forgot. Now I am 70,000 words behind... I've done it before but never really did it all the way. I have, however, written for the 3 day novel writing contest. That was intense. I was insane by the end of it, and I even partnered with someone in India (almost exactly 12 hours time difference) so we really had people who could work on it 24 hours a day.
