Kaolian spent three years chained up in a PoW camp just outside Saigon. Don't remind him.

Fine then, i try and protect people from weapons grade joke bombs like that, and I get the question marks. But no, Go ahead. Don't call me when your brain explodes.

It wasn't a joke. He was just stating that you should keep your 15 year old sex slave chained to the radiator and not roaming around.

Just common sense.

I understood what you meant. But I was more worried about how one would remove a chain when it was already off.

Hah, the "Administrator" bit actually had me thinking you found something deeply offensive or otherwise "wrong" with the remark.

As for "takes hours to respond to texts" - half the time I forget I own a cell phone. I haven't checked mine at all this morning. The battery is probably dead.

Honestly if she's not a phone addict, she might be a keeper for that reason alone.

I check my phone regularly, but I sometimes decide not to respond to a text message immediately, which usually leads to me forgetting about it. Then people get all ****** about it. Worst part is when people can check whether or not you've read a message (like on Facebook). I get the standard "Why haven't you answered me? I know you've seen my message" crap.

Jeez, people are so desperate to have me verify their existence. It's kinda scary.

I usually read texts as I get them, but I'm also usually busy with other ****. I'll respond when I have time, like once I've run out of lives in Candy Crush Saga but I'm not done with my bathroom break.

I've stopped playing that now, too much luck based to actually feel any accomplishment for finishing a level.

Aeth, you can't stop playing Candy Crush. Smiley: mad

It's betrayal!

Also, with texts I usually reply in person or on some sort of IM because I can't be bothered to switch to some phone plan that has inclusive texts and don't want to waste money. Plus, most people who have my number can't spell so why would I want to give them incentive to text me more?

The off the chain comment was as direct quote from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Dirtfoot episode. Meatwad said it. I'm never original unfortunately.

Edit: And quick update to the most recent date topic on this thread. I found out the reason she hadn't been responding is that "I've been wondering a lot of things lately. Like for one: Are you a Christian?"
