Correct, it's a tiny lobster.

Mantis Shrimp are kinda cool, and they are not all THAT small, they can get up to a foot in length. A friend of mine got one once in a piece of coral he was buying for his tank, luckily he saw it before putting it in his main tank. He kept it in its own tank away from other fish. The species he has doesn't have the "clubs" like in that video but a rather nasty blade like appendage. It is only about 6" but damn is it cool to see it feed.

yeah but it is really high pitched and makes a "blub blub blub" sound.
