Soul builder problemFollow

When I click one of the buttons to select which soul I want on the soul builder, the menu listing the souls pops up underneath the frame for the skill tree. If I select the soul on the right first, the list comes up so I can see it. However, the pop-up menus to select the middle and left souls always come up underneath the boxes for the skill trees. Not enough of the menus is exposed to let me choose all the souls I want. I don't thank that this is a problem with my computer. Is it something that needs to be fixed?

I am using internet explorer 7.
