Trying tp upload my profile data and it says permission denied, incorrect login or not premium.
Same login as usual so I'm guessing the problem is with the login server. It's still premium for another month.

Still Broken.
I did notice, of the 10 profiles I have, 4 will log in and update, but 6 will get the error message.

Another week has gone by
Another week and the item collector is still uploading a couple of my toons profiles but most are getting the error above.
The devs have been notified about the issue. I don't have any information regarding the issue other than that, hoever I assume it has to do with recent changes to the EQ base structure. Thats just a guess on my part though.

I'm trying to track down the problem, but I haven't been able to reproduce it myself.
It's possible that something got corrupted. Can you try closing itemcollector, going into the directory it's installed, and deleting the file 'itemcol3.db'? Afterwards, you'll need to log into those characters again and try to upload them.

I haven't been playing EQ for a few months now, and unfortunately, all the computers with EQ installed aren't running atm, or I'd check out your suggestion and an idea, I'm thinking may be causing the profile problem.
Lucy has been misreading item info for quite a while (probably since the profile problem started). It could be the characters that don't upload have the bad items on them? Without doing alot of research it seems to be certain items with clicky, worn, or focus effects.

Combat Effects is not the only part of the stream, lucy is misreading, but I think I've figured out the problem with lucy on that element. It appears, lucy is reading sellrate + combat effects as combat effects, where it's really two values, where sellrate is a float (4-byte), and combat effects is a integer (long?).
Examples: 1073741824 = 0x40000000 = 2.0
1114636288 = 0x42700000 = 60.0

Yeah, this was a problem since the last patch (and earlier on test server) that I fixed today, but it shouldn't have been able to cause the profile upload error.

I know this is an older post but i am having the same problem. I upgraded my premium today but the collector is giving me the same stated error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted the item file and changed my password to no avail. any help would be appreciated.

I see that no admins or moderators work here anymore. Anyone else got a way i can fix this?
I am having the problem now. I just installed the item collector for the first time and used it on 3 characters on different accounts. Two uploaded just fine, the last gives me the error message about not being premium or wrong login. I am definitely still premium.
