EQ2 Item APIFollow

#1 Mar 08 2011 at 9:58 AM Rating: Decent
I know this question has been asked in a round-about way on here before, but i have yet to find a solid answer in my searches.

What im wondering is, is there some kind of xml api for eq2 items like with wow?
I've scoured the wiki but can only find info about WoW. If nothing like this is available i'll have to write my own app to grab and parse the raw html (which will suck for sure) but i really need this implementation for my guild to be able to access item descriptions for raids, etc.

If this requires a premium membership to access, i'd be fine with that.

Thanks,
Caiynne

What are you trying to implement? Tooltips?

Thank you for that link. However, what i was looking to do was a little more advanced, i'd like to be able to search for items via an xml api and return results along with a tooltip url (or one can be derived as that link shows). This would be an automated process that parses the raid log and pulls out the looted items and displays links to the proper zam page.

Make sense?
