How do you cancel a Zam Premium account?Follow

How in the world do I cancel a Zam Premium account? There is absolute zero way to do it from the account page, all I see on Account Settings is;

I can change the billing address, and my password. And while I can see my renewal date, there is no way to click it, select it, or modify it in any way. Using Firefox 4.0, with Java, Cookies, Flash and all needed pluggins enabled, as well as Internet Explorer 8.

The Terms of Service is pretty vague, it says you "can" cancel or at the very least, stop auto-renewal but I see zero option to stop renewal and zero option for canceling. My renewal date isn't for a month+ from now but still, I want to get this rectified asap, I've seen far too many companies sideskirt the law with very carefully worded terms of service, while I don't think Zam would intentionally do something on purpose.. I do want to get this taken care of before it gets to that though

The auto renew toggle if nothing else will work from IE 8 unless something has changed in the last few days. I'll double check that this afternoon. If it isn't try clearing your cache and cookies, etc. Also, in the event that you are unable to clear the box from your end, contact accounts@allakhazam.com and they can also process that. In the event you were ever incorrectly charged due to an auto renewal failure to turn off, they are pretty good about issueing refunds too.
