Shifting Blades has been broken for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages.

I keep forgetting to look at that. It's in Trion's data as 'paragon-improved_predicatable_movements_' but there's no icon called that in their icons data. There are 4 icons, three of which just add 'a','b', or 'c' to that name, and the latter chops the '_'. Not sure which it's supposed to be.

Edit: should now show an icon.
