I am unaware if this problem plagues anyone else so my apologies if this has been addressed already. I am trying to search for my character "Syl" on the galena server and according to your list I don't exist. Yesterday I got 2 shard firsts for items and was merely trying to look that up through your leader boards. Is there something I have to do to be included in there?

Trion releases the data on certain days, so we won't have it until then. They recently bumped it up to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I think. So probably sometime in the morning it will become available and we'll have it up as soon as we can that day.

I'm checking into this Brega. I'll have an update shortly.
The data from the 2nd was no good; it's missing 8 servers (though it did add one new one,) so I couldn't use it. The data from the 4th was not released. I've posted in Trion's forums, but have not yet seen a response.

Just posting again to add that I'm on Laethys shard if it helps.
And, just checked again, still no new data since April 27th.

The data from Wednesday never came, and their Friday data was still missing a bunch of stuff just like Monday's. I doubt it will get better before patch 1.2 as busy as they are with that.

So it's a task they do specifically to help fan sites/ZAM? Just trying to better understand the process :)
They (Trion) release data for people who run fan sites or just want to play with it.

I was looking at shard firsts for our Guild today and thought it was very low.
Then I looked at the members who had achieved them and I noticed a lot were missing.
I searched for some of the missing members and discovered that Zam still thinks they are members in their old guilds, they seem to be getting awarded the achievement but it is going to their old guilds, many of whom do not exist any more.
For example, Blackaxe has been with Anima Praetoria since July and has achievements for shard firsts as recently as December (this month) but it still lists him as a member of Bodycount, who disbanded in July.
We are on Riptalon server, not sure if that makes a difference or it is a global issue.
