I have just set up Lucy for the first time and it doesn't quite work - or seem to, I am playing EQ1 on Vulak'Aerr (which is a voting/timelocked progression server if that makes any difference).
The problem I am having is that I have added my 14 Druid Glamdrix in the EQ Item Collector and at 'zam, but she isn't showing up correctly at 'zam. She's there but with no equipment or posessions. I noticed that according to EQIC she is on the server 'Saryn' and at 'zam she is on 'Ayonae Ro'. Neither of these is the server Glam is on and in fact the latter is not even on my list of available servers.
I'm sure there is something not quite right about my set-up rather than there being a bug in Lucy but I'm not sure where I am going wrong.

I haven't been playing for a few months so not up on current issues with the Item Collector, but as far as the Saryrn server name on Lucy, it's because they haven't updated the names on Lucy. The two new TLP servers are actually older servers that got merged on the last round of server mergers (or at least using the IP or some other identifier that the old ones used), and is why it is showing up that way.
The Ayonae Ro on the Zam site, is because that is the default, and the Item Collector hasn't updated the toons yet, and/or you haven't manually changed their server. I'm not real familiar with using Lucy to update characters, but would assume, you need to manually change the server first, so they are synced, as you can have the same named toons on multiple servers, so that name+server is how to uniquely identify the toon.
If this is the case, you can go your toon name on top right - Characters, then select the character, then Tools link, then Edit link and change the server as well as many of the other basics of the toon, and hit the update button. I would think you would want to select the same server Lucy reports for the TLP servers, as the new names are not in the Zam list either.
