He's using a new IP address pproxy each time he posts. and appears to be origionating in a foreign country, so getting him shut off at the source isn't likely. We've added it to the do not click filter, and as there are only a few of them at a time and they are only up for about 30 seconds before we ban him, I'm not really too concerned about it at the moment to be honest.
