I finished up my yearly virtual music photo album of the spawn, and as usual, it always makes me want to see everyone elses spawn and how much they have grown over this year. So if you have babies, kidlets, or an animal you bonded with enough to get them their own Christmas stocking, share the love and pixels here.

For those of you who gag on parental sappiness of any sort, shoo now. The rest of you who understand you can still love a person who has puked on you, thrown blocks at your face and still lives, and you actually *want* to cuddle with the defacer of your property and walls, here's my boys this year:

I never get over how unfair it is that all 3 of your kids are THIS cute.

I always love seeing photos of the spawn. Especially Xavi, and the glint in his eye.

I'd post pics of how much I've grown in the past year, but I can't seem to find my camera; it must be lost in one of my fat folds.

I don't have any new pics of Noah. I never see him anymore either since we moved here. He practically lives with one of his friends in the next building.

You realize there is a correlation of cuteness to mischief making, right? Mother Nature makes devious kids cuter so their parents don't kill them before they reach adulthood.

This would explain my son who seems to get everyone wrapped around his finger. Everyone but me that is. His sister makes up for that exception though.

My niece had a whole phase where she'd go "Oh no!" and THEN knock something over to make a big mess. It was ridiculously adorable, which made it super hard to combat.

Awww, thanks Smiley: blush I find it easier and more fun to create these once a year than real scrapbooking. Plus, I'm just not a scrapbooking kinda femme.

What, new kids? Smiley: lol

I say this to Thom all the time: "It's a good thing you're this cute, otherwise I'd have gotten rid of you a long time ago!" And it's true; the bigger he gets the cuter he gets, even though he's also getting louder and more obnoxious. At least we're having another one so we can start over and maybe get it right this time.

I sort of had a Christmas stocking for my puppy. It fell out of the closet, and I was going to throw it away, but she got SO EXCITED about it, so I let her play with it for a few months. She was adorable, dragging it around.

It's somewhat ironic that after that, it's your eyes that shit the bed.

Wow, photo albums have become multimedia photo montages. That was so great, DsD, a real family treasure. What was the son on the right all bronzed over and dressed like some warrior dressed up as/for?

I don't have kids, I have sisters. Here's one dancing:

And the other on the right hamming it up for Halloween:

oooooo I love your sisters dancing outfit! Thanks for sharing! (rest of you, photos chop chop!)

The bronze statue is one of many in front of our Town Hall. They have about 5 bronze kid statues playing, making music, having fun, and one little bronze dog playing with them. Our town is huge on art and supporting local artists, so you find some pretty cool things randomly throughout the town. They just added these weird sculptures of young adults with glass heads sitting on the lawn of our community theater that light up purple at night. Kind of freaky to go by when its dark and see floating purple heads by the stoplight Smiley: lol

As for media stuff, I started doing the virtual scrapbooks when Ashe was born and we moved down to NC. It was easier than sending bulk packages of copied photos to the grandparents, plus I have a lot of fun making vids.

I just went through my phone and there is some pretty awww-inspiring stuff.

Maybe I'll get around to putting something together. I've been meaning to for three years.

Deb, do you have Windows Movie maker? It's how I make mine. Over the past few years it's become so easy with nifty shortcuts. When I first started, it used to take me days to make one video. This one took me less than an hour

Yup, I've been tinkering with WMM on parkour videos; I'm sure a slideshow is easy enough. Right now, though the problem is getting my phone back from Thom - he's playing Angry Birds Seasons.

Here we go. (Half of) A year in the life of my munchkin.

Most of it is from my Android phone, which I've only had since September.
