It's really nothing, Jinte. It's just some guy who got banned for spamming that nobody hardly remembers anyways. He makes a sock every now and then thinking he's going to outsmart Kao, and get's nailed every time. It seems that Kao finally contacted his ISP, or at least finally gave him one last warning, and he thought that a snarky, insincere apology would be a good idea. My guess is that he's probably in the process of finding a new ISP at this point. It would actually be a riot if he's a minor and it's his parents that just had their internet shut off, but that would be about the only laugh to be had.
I'd be rather surprised that Kao even would offer such a deal. One quickly learns that Pissing off the people, Mods, Admin here is complete suicide. I suspect this sock will be banned shortly.
It's kind of a big deal to get someone's internet shut off. I'm pretty sure that Kao and co. would only do it as an absolute last resort. And he didn't offer a deal, he gave a final public warning. I have no idea if this passive-aggressive pseudo-apology would **** him off enough to do it or not.
