This website deal is really cheesy. I'm all for the ACA, but if they were going to launch it as 'website' versus implementing it in more traditional means, you'd have thought they'd not ***** it up so badly.
Now they're making claims the site is 'fixed' at 90% usability. So only one out of ten visits to the website won't work. Yippee.
If any websites, games etc failed to work 10% of the time for me, i'd not be using the product. That's a pretty big failure rate.
