Gaxe has been double posting constantly yesterday. I think he's doing it on purpose. Some sort of sprint to the post count finish line. You know, before Zam closes the doors on the forums completely.

I report my double posts, thank you very much.

Glad I'm not the only one with "A Christmas Story" marathon tradition. Smiley: laugh

TBS and TNT forced it on us. We have little choice in the matter.

Merry Christmas all. This week I introduced my 8 and 11 year old boys to National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and tonight we're doing Christmas Story. May the **** jokes abound!

My brother in law is Tweeting pictures of himself saluting at the tv playing The Interview. So I'm waiting on the North Korean hit squad to bust in any minute now.

I didn't really have any desire to see that movie when they first started advertising for it, but now I feel it'smy patriotic duty to see it.

Merry stuff to people! I'm hung over, but nothing the bacon, eggs, and sourdough I'm making for breakfast won't fix. I think it's 5 o'clock somewhere comes pretty early today. So ignore my posts from this point forward. SOP really.

Anyone get any worthwhile swag?

I got a couple of books including Randall Munroe's (of XKCD fame) "What If...?" book which is right up my alley. Also a collection of the Onion's Sunday magazine parody covers. Sweater, gift cards, something else that I'm likely forgetting and an electronics tool kit. In theory for computer building but I'm not sure how many tools I'd need for today's modern snap-together builds. But, among its other nifty clamps, snips & magnifying glasses, it has a soldering iron. I had actually thought about getting a Raspberry Pi once upon a time to play with but realized I'd need to buy a bunch of tools to really do anything with it. Now that I own the tools, I'm ready to take up some amateur hobbyist electronics/programming. I saw a nifty set up once for running Pandora on it and thought that'd be cool in my old cathedral radio (sorta like this one)

I plan to get a hunting license now, but I think he bought it because I mentioned to him early in the year that I was thinking about buying one. He bought me throwing knives last year, maybe I should try for a boat next year. Smiley: lol

Autographed? Because mine is autographed. Also, my neighbor edited it. I see her walking by sometimes, but it seems to be only when I've just waken up and am stumbling around bringing trash cans out or the like. I assume she thinks I'm developmentally disabled.
