Warrior. It's extremely versatile, mostly underestimated, and highly unappreciated. Yes, I even like the look of the AF ^^;

Thief, because it's terribly easy, rakes in the gil, and is convenient to apply a personality to for role playing. d(^v^)b

RNG

I love pulling. When I first started I thought the RDM was the job for me, the idea of being the 'jack of all master of none' seemed cool. I quickly found out that standing in the back being semi-removed from battle was not very enjoyable to me. I love being out and about hunting for our next victim, instead of resting patiently between battles, the adventure/danger of being away from camp also makes the job more desirable.

I love bringing my ranger brand whoop-*** to a party, I know that every other party member loves the fact they have a RNG. The dedication to this job is extreme, but worth every minute.

Pullers are a fundamental cornerstone to each party, we are directly responsible for what EXP we will be getting as we decide what to kill.

Oh, and the big DMG we pull off is a definate bonus. ^^

ummm...
strictly in game-play sense, WHM, because I like to be out of all he hectic stuff going in with the nukers, ranged attackers and melee's. Healing/buffing is a busy job but seem more straight forward to me. 0.o

but just in general, my favorite job overall would be SMN, because they get a horn (AF3).

My favourite jobs are definitely Dark Knight and Thief.
Dark Knight I wanted to play since seeing the jobs available in the game, then I researched it, learned all the cons and still wanted to go with it.
I think it's a job that suits my Mithra well, I have great equipment so I still do great damage and I have naturally good DEX plus boosters so I miss less often than most DRKs :)
I like the whole using the dark to fight for good, plus I find it fun to have an evil-side in game (not that I RP, I just get into the feel of the character).
I also like having so many things to juggle; lots of abilities and magic, trying to keep the hate off me while still doing uber damage, etc. I have so much fun when there's a good thief who knows how to fuidama in the party.

Which brings me to....

Thief. It's just uber fun. I enjoyed pulling off fuidamas and things in the short time I played it at lvl 30. Only job you could play in this game and never have to farm. Simple silver beast-coins between lvls 20 and 30 raked in huge amounts of gil for me.

I gotta say Warrior is my favorite. I tank 90% of the time and don't deal crap for damage. If there is a better tank then me in the party then i can just turn on berserk and let fly, I usually don't even need to use defender as tank but when the situation calls for it I always have that to fall back on too. All-in-all, I love war...

Well while I do enjoy the ability to be anywhere I'd like within 5 min thanks to the beauty of Teleportation, I think I've found my new love.... SAM!
Since I am subbing RNG, I've found it oh so beautiful how I can pull in 100% TP in 15 secs just using Third Eye and /ra when ever I find my great katana is lacking in accuracy on a particular mob. And at this point in time (26SAM/13RNG) I am even out doing the DRK in damage ^_^ which makes me feel like a special Hume. All this excitement and I haven't even learned meditate yet... ::drools::

not really decided on mine, but I love pld war and mnk. After lvling all jobs to 7 those are my favorites. Once I get Pld to 60 or 70 I'm definately gonna go back to leveling war or mnk again.

I like BLM. Its a lot of fun do lots of damage. Once I got Stonega and Waterga so I could kill off more than one MOB at once I was even happier. My second is WHM. It seems easy, but sometimes choosing who to heal when and with what spell is a fun challenge in a close battle.

Tough call, I'm very flexible between jobs, so I tend to enjoy them all. I guess if I had to choose, I'd say I'd have to pick either PLD or SAM.

PLD was my first great love. I became the centre of the battle, the nucleus of our atom that my party-members revolved around, With good healing, popping out a Provoke here and there and taking damage like a trooper, it really gives me a sense of purpose. Any other job feels kind of detached after being so involved in the battle.

SAM is my more recent love. Want to hit twice as hard as anyone else in your party? Want to throw Weapons Skills out like "Cure" castings? Want to be constantly involved in weaving amazing Skill Chains together for maximum damage? Want to not only have a rocking Great Katana, but archery skills nearly on par with a RNG? SAM is the most frantic damage-fest job I have ever been involved in, and I have to bite my lip from squealing with excitement when I Self-SC for damage in the hundreds. ^_~

My favorite would be White Mage. I enjoy helping others, and no job exemplifies that more than WHM does.

I love BLM. Not so great at farming, but I love the raw damage I can produce. =)

I'm actually not a huge fan of WHM. As a sub for BLM, I do like that /WHM allows me to be able to assist parties with status cures (Posiona, Silena, etc.). I like playing RDM much more than WHM as a main job, it's just rediculously more versatile.

BST is a fun job to play. It just gets kind of lonely after a while.

I first fell in love with the Monk job. Who else gets up close and personal with the mobs in hand to hand? But after some research through the advanced jobs, I found my calling as the honorable, sword weilding to its fullest potential -SAMURAI-.

I love being the one that gets the SC together, being the one who can juggle 2 sc back to back with 2 other meleers. If the thf or rng wants a break from pulling, I'll step up to the plate and pull.

To die with a sword in your hand in the face of the enemy, that is the honorable way to die!
