My Turn to say...Follow

Well, the time has come for me to say my farewells at last. It’s been a long 23 months and I’ve been happy to have shared all the frustration and happiness that have come along with the game. I don’t suppose you guys want to read through a long winded farewell, but many of you I consider to be an extended family of sorts and I would at least like you to get to know a little about me. I owe you that much at least.

My name is Joseph Isaiah Benjamin and I have been in the active army for 3 ½ years, currently on deployment status for Iraq. For the last two years playing FFXI my dream has been to make a difference in the server, as much as I could. I have helped, taught, befriended, debated, argued, and with the help of my Linkshell, the Legio Lilium Et Spinas, I believe that perhaps the dream that I have worked for will not be abandoned, and many will yet find a place of rest from the turmoil of the outside world.

There's really not enough that I can say, and since my time is short today I'll say that I consider all of my friends and my linkshell my extended family, and I'll miss you very much. there's a saying that family is the only wealth that we truely have at all times in our lifetime, and I am truely wealthy to have friends like you thinking of me when I'm off fighting the good fight in iraq.

To all of my friends, and you know who you are, I'll miss you very much. here's hoping for the best, and I hope to see you all again when I come back.

Thank you for sharing in my dream, everyone. God Bless, and see you all by Christmas 2006.
