This Torque is just a loot item and has no bearing on the quest whatsoever
i found that this was a quest given by my infiltrator trainer and the quest item to say the least was a bit deppressing
bearing in mind that as other classes you usually get a class related item and clearly the fiery pendant is a wizard item

Just yesterday I got this item as standard loot off of a River Spriteling that I killed, close to the Prydwen cemetery.

I found this in my inventory without noticing I had picked it up! At the time I was fighting bandits, poachers and dwarf brawlers in the Humberton / Black Mountains / Camelot area...

Ya, this is not part of the Seph. quest. I got the Fire pendant from the Seph quest. Nor is it part of any quest as far as I can tell. My journal was empty when I got this. It drops from higher lvl river sprites, and is not very common. I only got 1 torc and I've killed about 100 sprites.

My level 6 Scout got the Tarnished Silver Torc off of a gobbie fisherman this past weekend. Maybe they changed to drop code. Oh not long after that Seph offed me, lol.

I got this from some mob while killing sprites. It isn't part of the quest.

The tarnished silver torque is an item Lady Lienna (sp?), the head of one of the fairy groups, drops every couple deaths...when completing the sepucoth quest you get a fire amulet, not this torque.

did this with my paladin and got the +1 fire pendant, alot of good that does a Paladin hehe...

The "standard" reward for the quest used to be a +1 INT, +1 fire skill "Fire Pendant". Not the Torc.
From rumors, it seems you get the Fire Pendant if you're a wizard, and the torc in the other cases (can't check myself, did the quest a long time ago)
