This is most likely dropped of random mobs like the posts above say, but it just dropped off of Beven for me. +9 Intel.

The reason its +6 is that the picture is before they increased the stats on all drops by 50%

Also found this in Keltoi, dropped by a Keltoi Initiate. This is a very common drop.

ive gotten 4 of these after fighting for about 3days in keltoi and yes, its +9 to int. all of them were +9 to int and their very common so dont worry about having sold it, like i said 4 in 3days is nothing to cry about! :)

Who is the dummy? That would make us the dummy for not giving them the correct information, huh? I see from the pic that it says +6 Int, so this item was changed with the patch the first week in Feb ALONG with most of the others. Since you have it, send a new pic and quit calling names.

sigh .... I had one of those. Sold it to a merchant tonight :-( Wanted to drop it to see what condition/repair it but the merchant window was open. Didnt hit sell but he took it anyway
