I recieved this item in mithra? kinda strange but was yellow at lvl 11.

Usually, if you stop getting the stat increases for an item, it means it's in need of repair. At least that's what I've always witnessed. I dont know of any other things that can cause an item not to give it's stats, so that would be my best guess. If repairing it doesnt fix it, then it very well may just be "bugged", although that sounds like an odd bug.

It was yellow to me until 14 I believe...it turned blue at 15. I think they raised the con on it with the last patch. Some quest rings changed in magic item level too.

I have the item "silvered Melodic Lute."
It has identical stats, but has been yellow con to me from levels 9 to 12 (current).
The problem is that, when equipped, I'm not getting the stat increases for the item. Anyone else know what this is about?
I talked to a CSR rep and they had no idea. I was told they 'bugged the item.'
