got this ring in black mtns. south off of a moldy or weak skelly, cant quite remember which one, but was skelly none the less =)

Also got one or two of these off of young cutpurses. I suggest all clerics beat the crap out of young cutpurses when you can, and kill them when they con green to you as well. At the level you can get this item it's pretty nice for a cleric.

I had one drop off of a Dwarf Brawler in the Black Mountains South. Of about 20 kills only one ring had dropped.

they nerfed that camp. those goblins don't drop them anymore. nor do they drop the bonecharmer necklace or the weapons they used to.
