AF is equivilent to AC but assuming 100% quality. This is AF70 but 89 quality so would actually make it AF (AC) 55. There is a good conversion chart to AF to actual considering quality on Camelot Realm (http://daoc.crgaming.com/)
How rare is this drop? Been trying to find one from the Mermen in Cullen for awhile. Is this still dropped.. are the Slinkers still in the game??

Slinkers can be found in the Cliffs of Moher on the beach. I have retrieved every single piece of the Algae Covered Coral armor except this one.
Let me tell you that after killing over 2000 slinkers, this is a VERY rare drop. =)

Helm, gloves, legs, Bp, and arms all dropped while I was there farming them, just wish some boots would drop then I would have a full suit for my druid, VERY NICE ARMOR!!!

Also drop a nice set of scale leggings and a spear. Prob more items as well. It took well over a two hundred to get a scale drop and it was just the leggings, so dont know if its really common.
