I have a Bracer of Shattering on Pendragon , The stats are somewhat different than these shown above .

strength 15
Constitution 15
Spirit 5%
Matter 5 %

Bonus to Strength cap 3
Bonus to con cap 3
Bonus to af 10


With same Melee Health Buffer
