I got this weapon and it has some mumbo jumbo about a magical ability and target self casting time 2.0 but i cant seem to get it to proc anything by hot key or fighting with it, whats wrong?

I received a slightly better weapon than what was listed above. I chose the 1 handed sword.
DPS: 8.4
Delay: 3.2
Wgt: 2.0
Bonuses:
+4 sword
slash 4%
With this and the Widower shield, and I don't think i'll need to be updating my weapons any time soon:)

I got the Njesse Short Curved tooth axe same states but 2handed axe, tis a grand blade that i swing with joy

What classes get the sword? I know as a shaman I got offered a 1h or 2h hammer.

When you kill Njessi and you get her head. Take the head back to Hugenfel to Bork I think his name is. Hand the head to him and he will offer you some silver tell him no and he gives the head back to you and tells you the name of another NPC that can make an item for you with it.
This Item is diffrent depending on your class.
If you are a Berzerker you will get an axe or a twohanded axe if you chose.
