I receive this bracer from a spindly rock crab in Gotar, near Nalliten, on shore.

Hunting archites outside Spind w/ my zerk alt I got one.....only one I seen in awhile....also manages to ge a 6.0dps 5.0spd Spear+2 spear...orange at 14 still....so if you already know numerous ways to raise arachite faction slaughter them at low level :)

Yes, it's +3 now instead of +2 because of the recent 50% bump in all stat buff items.

Dropped off a Svartalf Chanter at the camp just outside Huginfel. It's +3 to DEX, QUI, and CHA (not +2). And the level limit has nothing to do with the drop rate. You can get a drop that is purple to you, you just can't use it.

Well look at it ... It's a lvl 16 magical item ... see 16 ;) they DONT drop before u are lvl 16 ... or lets me say .. I haven't gotten them before I was lvl 16+
And for the loc ... well they are in the south end of the Zone ... cant give a loc .. but travel south from Gna Faste and a little west and u should run into Mora Riders and Dancers :) .. hope that helps ... if not .. well ...

i need some help with location of these drops, i have shed much blood for these bracers and have had not a drop of luck, please help...im a lvl 13 skald

I got one of these while grouped just outside Large Blodfeng Fort. Dropped off a Haxa or a Windcaller.

I've got two of the +2str, +2Cha items that are called Ornate Bracers and are Skald only, dropped off the mora dancers - fairly common it seemed.

I have been there for 2 levels and no drop so this is either a bogus item or ultr

I would say at least Uncommon, killed Mora riders for 3 levels now, hundreds of em, never seen it to drop.

When I got this item it was +2 strength and +2 charisma but nothing to dex/quick.

i got an item that was +2 str and +2 char aswell, but it was called a jeweled bracer, which dropped off both a mora dancer and a mora rider. maybe that is what you got too.
