Well I was getting PLed at 8-11 on wargs. We had one drop off a goblin warrior, adn then one dropped for our scout, it was off a gray warg.

I have killed every goblin I can find to get this scepter. I have killed the goblin king near snow station 13 times now. I have killed goblins by the mine as well. Please give me an update if this item still exists.

These can be dropped by any of the Goblins in North Black Mountains from what I have seen. Got our first one from a normal Goblin (a Goblin Scout I think) while hunting wolves, our second one from the Mystic, and a third from the King.
