Nah its the best X-bow for infils, get some bolts, climb in to dc, or bledmeer, and start shooting buffbots threw the windows :)
Might not be great for an inf, but armsmen will like it. Or atleast mine would hehe

I checked this, a friend could not see buff effect when I was stealthed, but they could still see the line 'xxxx casts a spell'
So, not as bad a marker of a stealthers position, but still a marker a stealther is close.
And a great free buff without recharge needed.
