yes, they are still found in the ToA zones as drops from a variety of mobs

I have been gone from DOAC for 5+ years. I can't remember where the legendary components drop. I THINK they were from atlantis but I don't recall for sure.

It's a compound used to create legendary weapons (heat legendary weapons to be specific) by weapon crafters and fletchers.
