I camped the forest giants, forest hunters and cornwall hunters for levels 20-22 killing only those mobs and NOT ONCE did this sword drop.
You need to change the info on it to super rare or non-existant. I spent probably a good 10+ hours camping for it.

the self buff was removed. i had this weapon when it had the self target effect but i could never get it to work, even when it was green. Made me mad when they took out the buff.

I picked it up from the Forest Giants its yellow to lvl 21 but its 7.4 dps and 4.3 spd its got a Self Buff on it also along with the +3 slash

by the forest giants in sauvage, themselves. Got one today from one. Makes a little more sense as they are blue to me at 25 and the weap is yellow... seems silly to put it on the tougher hunters.

You can also find it on the Cornwall Hunters, which are just right of Cornwall Station.

In the frontier, Castle Sauvage. Go out, take a right, you will pass forrest giants, some trees. It is dropped from forrest hunters (i think thats what they are called). They are blue to orange at 26, bowmen who draw swords. Watch out for the nasty Master Bowman that cruises around.
