I can't stand this. WHY THE HELL WOULD A NECRO ONLY STAFF HAVE A PROC WHEN YOU CAN'T USE PROCS IN SHADE FORM?!?!!? to save your *** before you die? nope! tried this strategy with my other 3 staves, which all have procs
