I had a wild lucradan drop it when I was lvl 6, I used it for a couple of lvls, good sword for starter.

I've had Rat Boys, Spragon, and others of about that same level (5-7) drop these... ofcourse i'm a druid so i've little use for them. I sell them to players for just over 2 silver. Merchants give 211 copper for them. just thought you'd like to know. ;-)
