K here is where you go to get this.
If you pull up the Midgard Fronteer map on Stratics (or any other fronteer map that I dont know about) take a look at the Yggdra area.
Just north west of Grallarhorn Faste Keep you will find a small-treeless valley with a few stones in it and some goul / ghost spawns around them. This is where soulsong spawns. He's random spawn(goul I think), and yellow to level 43 (as this is a level 43 drop item). You can solo pull them and he seems easy enough to kill.

Soulsong drops this. He spawned 3 times for me once, too bad I'm not level to get it, plus I can't use it anyway =D He spawns in an area kinds dipped between 2 mountains, theres 2 standing rocks and a bunch of gahstlies and ghouls there. Kill them till he pops. Its near the Ghastly camp with the other 2 special drops
