It drops only thing diffrent with DAOC and EQ is that the mobs ratio on dropping hard lootable items are like 8:100 goes higher when grouped.

Does this item even exist, I hunted this drop for quite some time, and never saw it, and it is listed as common, also I asked several lvl 50 ppl specced thrust, and they have never even heard of this drop, if anyone knows, please, post here
