Can you please get a picture of these weapons up.. its hard to tell if something glows cause being a necro and all i can't see if alot of the weapons glow. Most of these weapons have no pictures up. take this into consideration.

This picture was taken before the resists were merged. I'm sure you can take notice that there is no Void resistance anymore...
Apparently there also wasn't a proc on this weapon when the picture was taken. However, I just logged off my cabalist and it was a level 46 proc, heat damage, for 86 damage.

Proc? Do you mean when the focus bonuses take effect, 'cause, I don't see any "special effect" listed anywhere?

This staff will proc at lvl 46. As do all the staves of this sort.
