It says it right there on the delve stats... lvl requirement 47, so that's when it'll proc.

i use this 2h twilight hammer with my 47 Shaman and my Epic shield. it is the best combo you can have for a shaman with it's proc and added stats and the fact that it is so common. i have 6 of them in my vault collecting dust waiting for me to wear out my other ones.

I really doubt anyone will really use this weapon. I'm using my epic 1-hander + twilight bladestopper instead of this one. It's been orange for a few levels but I still outdamage it over time by far with my epic 1-hander. The epic 1-hander also has a nice proc at 42 that gives even more added dmg. By the time the Battle Crasher starts to proc you'll already have the Hammer Of Black Ice that's much better anyway.
I always keep one on the back though. Twilight weapons are for the look, not to use :)

Just a guess but the weapon probably proc's when it is yellow. I believe it turns orange at level 40. Mythic says a color is (level/10)+1. So at level 40, something that just turned orange should turn yellow at 44-45. This is my best guess at when the proc activates.
Word of warning. Dont jones for this item. Yes its a fantastic weapon, but if you are 30-36 keep in mind how long you will have to bank the weapon before you can use it. They drop fairly regularly. Several times a night I believe. I traded for one recently at level 35, I gave away good stuff I wasnt using and didnt need. I realised that I then had to bank the hammer for 5-9 levels. I realised there was no need to rush into it.
A slightly better hammer exists, the hammer of black ice, a quest at 43 I believe. Since you can always do quests, I reccomend not going to nuts over this hammer. Besides, its a gaudy purple in color, looks horrible.

I spent 5 hours in a group in spind yesterday got the chain 82 af bp, and leggings. still looking for twilight hammer ;)

hehe it seems mythic is a little screwy in the head ;o) making the least used armors (leather, cloth) have seemingly the highest drop rate...a few hours in the pit and we got 3 pairs fo webbed shadow leggings and a webbed shadow tunic..NO CHAIN OR STUDDED ;oPPP wtf is with that..although we did get 2 of these battle crashers that night hehe

i have 2 runic embers and my guild has 13 of them. they drop like crazy. funny how little chain drops despite the fact that a majority of our classes can wear it.

arg i want one of these so bad! ;o) if anyone has one on the iseult server ill buy it! hehe or trade you a runic ember RM staff...send Cawdor a tell please! (sorry ;o)
